    I ordered the pepper chicken, and even when made fresh the chicken was really chewy and hard to eat.  Chow Mein was dry, fried rice was dry.  Very bland.

    I grew up where Panda Express was first founded/near the present day HQ & I have never seen:
    a) such a busy Panda Express - this one has a drive thru so it has foot traffic and drive thru traffic.
    b) such a nice one outside of the Panda Express Innovation Kitchens. It basically has that look & feel but without the new, trendy items because..well it's Michigan.

    The food was exactly as I expected from Panda, if not even better because they were SLAMMED & they were cooking as fast as possible to keep up with demand so it was really fresh. I got my usual - bowl with just veggies & orange chicken.

    If I had to complain, it's to try to wipe down your seating area! It gets busy, but it wasn't terrible.

    they cant get my order correct. eat somewhere else not worth the high prices

    Food and service are usually good until they mess up your order. I called them when they forgot my apps and had charged me for it. Also, when I had call about this order. The person told me that they must have forgotten to hand us it. So they told me next time I come in, they will cop me for the apps. Went there today to get the apps and they forgotten it again

    Went through the drive thru today and a sign was up, No chicken teriyaki today, sorry for the inconvenience.  I wasn't the only car driving away without ordering.  Worries me to go back, sounds like a mgt issue.
